Fees are tailored to the specific needs of the client and based on a six month retainer payable upon instruction.

A retained client secures our search work exclusively for the agreed area and price bracket. This is a fundamental principle of our service as it ensures impartiality and integrity.

Finding a property is only the first step. We then liaise with our client, vendor’s estate agent, solicitors and any other professional advisor to facilitate a successful transaction.

The retainer fee is deducted from the success fee and is payable once contracts are exchanged. The success fee is calculated on a percentage of the purchase price.
